The Pivot: Initially, our roadmap focused purely on Data Solutions building pipelines and analytics dashboards. However, as we worked with partners, we uncovered a deeper market need. African businesses didn't just need to see their data; they needed better systems to generate and manage it.

This realization birthed our identity as Cloud Manufacturers. We realized that most businesses cannot afford to build their own digital infrastructure. So, we build the "Digital Factory" a central, robust platform and allow businesses to "rent" the production line to run their operations.

Project Harpy: We are replacing the fragmented system of Instagram and WhatsApp vendors with a single, premium mobile application.

  • The Innovation: A unique platform that functions as both a Business Directory for services (B2B) and a Marketplace for products (B2C).

    The Experience: A seamless, unified search engine for finding everything from spas to electronics, integrated with local mobile money payments.

How We Capture Value.

We have moved beyond the traditional agency model. We build assets that generate recurring revenue through three scalable channels:

  1. SaaS Subscriptions: Businesses pay a recurring fee to "rent" our industry-specific platforms (e.g., Schools utilizing Atlas, Developers utilizing Property Pulse).

  2. Franchising & White-Labeling: We allow strategic partners to pay a setup fee to "white label" our technology. For example, a Real Estate firm can license Property Pulse to operate as their own proprietary internal system.

  3. Transaction Fees: We capture value from the commerce flowing through our engines, such as dual-monetization through subscriptions and listing fees on the Harpy marketplace.
